Refund policy

We take great care with every order and hope you absolutely love your mats!
All product details are clearly described, so please ensure you’ve read them carefully before placing your order.

If you change your mind you the customer will be responsible for arranging your return within 7 days of receipt and also covering any return shipping costs. The Return will need to be through a tracked delivery and all returned items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging. Any products damaged and no longer suitable to sell as a result of your negligence or lost without any available tracking will not be refunded. 

The refund will be only for the product cost. The initial delivery cost will NOT be refunded.

 

Final Sale products will not be eligible for a return.

Defected product

If there’s an issue with your item upon delivery, please contact us at anzosbarakah@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include the following in your email:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will then be in touch asap to arrange a resolution.
